STORE POLICIES

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and Discover. A $10 minimum is required to pay by credit or debit card.

WEB ORDERS

We must have the correct "Ship To" and "Bill To" address, otherwise, the order will not go through or may be delayed. If any part of the address is left out (ie: unit number or misspelling of street), Necromance is not responsible for these lost orders. Sales Tax is added to orders for California residents.

PHONE ORDERS

Telephone orders can be made between the hours of 12pm to 7pm PST. We encourage website orders as these are processed first. Web orders always have priority.

SHIPPING

Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days of receiving order via USPS (United States Postal Service). Depending on the box size, weight, and size of order, First Class or Priority Mail is used.

All natural items sold at Necromance are legally obtained by-products and can be legally sold according to California state laws. If you cannot possess a natural item according to your state law, Necromance is not responsible for any penalties and legal fees incurred. Please be aware of your local laws if you have any doubts.

Postage prices are not calculated on the website. The Necromance shipping staff pack and weigh each order by hand, so postage is calculated on an idividual basis, order by order. A confirmation email with postage and order totals will be sent within 24 hours of order.

HANDLING & INSURANCE

A minimal handling fee is added to orders that require careful wrapping and additional packing, ie. glass and bone orders. This covers the cost of processing and packing materials. Insurance is automatically added to orders over $50.

INTERNATIONAL

No wildlife items can be sent outside of the United States. This includes any item on the Nature, Entomology, and Osteology pages. Customers are responsible for all customs fees of their country. This may involve being required to pay the delivery person when your order is delivered. Internet orders can take from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive. If you are returning an item, it must be sent so that no customs fees are charged to Necromance. If customs fees are billed to Necromance, your item will be refused.

RUSH ORDERS

We are very sorry but Necromance DOES NOT offer Rush Orders. No next day, 2nd day, Fed Ex, etc.

OUT-OF-STOCK

If an item is out of stock, we will not hold up your order unless we expect the item within a few days. Beyond that point, we will notify you of any delays. When the item which was out of stock is received at the store, it will be shipped free of postage charge. Customer will be informed by e-mail about out of stock items. You will not be charged for that item until it is sent.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

**DO NOT RETURN MERCHANDISE WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST!**

Your return will not be processed without prior authorization. Anything can be returned, but must be in the condition that it left the store.

We will either exchange the item or issue a credit to your credit card account. Shipping Charges will NOT be refunded, unless it is our mistake. Please enclose your invoice and e-mail address with your returned merchandise.

Customer has 15 days to return merchandise from time of receipt. Our return policy is extended during the Christmas season to January 5th for all items ordered Thanksgiving Day through Christmas Day.

If we make an error with your order (ie: wrong item or quantity), please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product or quantity. We will send a self-addressed postpage paid envelope for you to send back our mistake. Please keep original packing materials.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

You are welcome to return items to our store within the 15 day return period. We are open daily 12pm-7pm.
